For Sarah Jarjour, insurance is about peace of mind. It's about helping families, business owners, and professionals protect what they've worked so hard to build, so they can move confidently into the future.
That conviction led Sarah to found Activate Insurance in 2024, following more than fifteen years of experience across both corporate and boutique business environments. A graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Sarah began her career in Human Resources, specializing in strategic HR and talent development for mid- to large-sized organizations. In 2017, she made the transition into insurance, discovering a passion for helping clients protect not only their financial well-being, but the people and purposes that matter most.
“Insurance is not just about policies and paperwork,” she says. “It's about creating peace of mind for the families, businesses, and futures we've been entrusted to protect. We're here to help people steward with clarity, confidence, and conviction.”
Sarah holds the Canadian Health Insurance Specialist (CHS®) designation and is currently pursuing both her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designations. She advises clients on personal insurance, business continuity planning, employee benefits, and legacy planning, bringing both strategic insight and genuine compassion to every relationship.

Outside the office, Sarah and her husband MJ—her partner in life and business—are passionate about pouring into businesses, families, and communities through lasting relationships.
